1. How do I wholesale order?
Please fill in this form with your business details and you will receive a wholesale code. Go to our website and add to your cart. When your cart is complete use the code at the checkout and you’ll receive wholesale pricing, (excludes shipping).
Customer accounts can be created via the login on the home page.
(Please note that we are unable to change your password for you, but after clicking the link on the homepage, you can click Forgot password? to send yourself a password reset email. This link expires after 24 hours.)
2. Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there’s usually no minimum order required. You can usually order whatever quantity you need (excluding on private commission artwork).
First Order? We recommend you choose from one of our Assorted Packs to experience a cross section of designs.
3. Can I order cards with cello sleeves?
Yes! Tick the check box at the checkout and your cards will be enclosed in sleeves for you free of additional charge.
4. The card I want is “sold out”.
Sometimes we have a few extras available that aren’t shown on our website. Please drop us an email jcallawaydesigns@gmail.com or message via Instagram.
We can also
include requested designs in the next print run, with a month’s notice.

5. Can I request a new design?

6. What are the postage costs?
Australia
A flat rate of $12 on all orders Australia wide.
New Zealand
A flat rate of $24 on all international orders.
*You are responsible for any and all importation charges, taxes and duties in the country where the order is to be delivered.
7. How are my cards posted and how long will it take?
Once payment is received your cards will be shipped via Australia Post. Most orders will come with a tracking number, emailed to you upon dispatch.
(Smaller orders may be shipped as large letters so please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive).
8. What if my cards are faulty or damaged?
At J. Callaway Designs we pack every order with great care, so you receive your cards safe and sound.
*We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
9. Can I order directly and save?
Yes! To receive an extra $5 off your wholesale order please drop us an email, with your product wish list (or a screen shot of your completed online cart) and we’ll get back to you within 24hours with an invoice and direct transfer details.
10. Can get a refund or change an order?
Once your order has been shipped we are unable to provide a refund. If you purchased from a store contact them directly or refer to their returns policy.
11. What payment methods are there?
We accept the following :
Credit Card through Stripe, Applepay or PayPal
or
Bank Transfer if you order directly.

Display Stands
There are many card stand options from rotary to tiered. We recommend looking for a stand that accommodates 130mm x 130mm cards that will fit within your particular space. Our acrylic example was obtained from Shop for Shops.
Colours
Please be aware that there may be slight differences in the colour in your cards from what you see on your monitor. We have made every effort to display accurate colours but this may depend on your computer monitor, so please keep this in mind.
Pricing
Prices are shown at retail pricing. Our wholesale customers can enjoy a discount with our wholesale code used at the checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Privacy
When you place an order it will be necessary for you to also submit personal details including name, mailing address, phone number and email address. If an item is sold out we may need to contact you, via email or phone, regarding your order.
We love sharing the latest cards with our customers. Please tick the box if you’d like to receive our fortnightly emails.
